ACM Aerospace (Aircraft Cabin Modification GmbH) is further advancing its growth plans and will expand into Switzerland on November 1, 2024. The new location in eastern Switzerland, near the St. Gallen – Altenrhein Airport in Thal, marks an important milestone in the company’s strategy to expand its presence in Europe and strengthen its market position.
With the opening of the Swiss location in November 2024, ACM Aerospace is making a clear statement in favor of creating new jobs and promoting regional value creation in Switzerland, as an investment in the future. In the coming years, the company plans to create numerous skilled jobs in the region, which is of great importance for both the local economy and the long-term development of the aviation industry.
Another key aspect of the new location is the high value placed on Swiss quality and precision. Switzerland is internationally renowned for its excellent craftsmanship, reliability, and accuracy – values that align perfectly with ACM Aerospace’s standards. ACM Aerospace aims to embed this commitment to quality at the new location, further strengthening customer trust.
“We are very pleased to announce our expansion into Switzerland. This is a logical step to support growth while simultaneously fostering closer ties with our European customers. The proximity to St. Gallen – Altenrhein Airport allows us to respond quickly and efficiently to our customers’ needs”, says Roger Hohl, designated Managing Director of ACM Aerospace. Hohl, a native of Switzerland, previously served as Managing Director of ACM Aerospace for eight years until December 2023. He will return to the same position and responsibilities as of November 1, 2024, to drive the company’s international expansion.
"The expansion of ACM Aerospace into Switzerland is an exciting step, which we see as an opportunity to soon expand our product portfolio in order to be more broadly positioned in this dynamic market", says Roger Hohl. "I am convinced that ACM Aerospace will set new standards through the combination of Swiss quality, international expertise, and a broad range of aviation certification levels, true to the motto: Swiss-Crafted Aviation Excellence!"
The expansion into Switzerland underscores ACM Aerospace’s commitment to continued growth both in new markets and in existing regions. The new location will be an important hub for supporting airlines, manufacturers, and maintenance operators in the region and beyond.
