Good news for ACM Aircraft Cabin Modification GmbH. It has recently been named one of Germany’s top SME employers. This distinction was awarded by the editors of Focus-Business based on an independent survey. For this assessment, Focus worked with kununu, which by its own account is currently the largest employer rating platform in Europe. Founded eleven years ago, this online portal has now performed around three million ratings for over 800,000 firms. kununu gives employees, applicants and apprentices the opportunity to anonymously rate a company in various categories. ACM was awarded 3.78 out of 5 stars, while 75 percent of respondents would recommend it as an employer.
Strong regional links

Because without each and every member of staff, it would not be possible to produce such outstanding results day after day.” The international firm currently employs 120 people, has strong regional links and has helped to reinforce the Swabian economy in recent years, thanks to its outstanding performance. The majority of its employees and major suppliers come from the region. “Thanks to our excellent order book, we are urgently seeking additional staff at our Memmingen site: upholsterers, leatherworkers, interior designers, tailors, PMO professionals, developers, design engineers, interns and many more,” says Roger Hohl.
