Information on age, perceived stress level, experience with meditation, and flight duration is queried. Based on this information, as well as real-time measured vital signs, customized meditation exercises are suggested. Alternatively, a range of standard meditation exercises can be selected from the archive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After successful completion, the efficiency and success of the exercises are displayed through feedback analysis.
