Mehr als 2.200 Unternehmen und \u00f6ffentliche Einrichtungen haben die Charta bereits unterzeichnet und es werden kontinuierlich immer mehr Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Unterzeichnung und auch die Umsetzung der \u201eCharta der Vielfalt\u201c hat zum Ziel, dass Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter Wertsch\u00e4tzung erfahren \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von Geschlecht, Nationalit\u00e4t, ethnischer Herkunft, Religion oder Weltanschauung, Behinderung, Alter, sexueller Orientierung und Identit\u00e4t. \u00a0Dazu steht die ACM.\u00a0 Zudem soll die Unterzeichnung unterst\u00fctzend signalisieren, dass die Aircraft Cabin Modification ein internationales Unternehmen mit einer offenen Unternehmenskultur ist.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.charta-der-vielfalt.de\/startseite.html\">http:\/\/www.charta-der-vielfalt.de\/startseite.html<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Charta der Vielfalt ist eine Unternehmensinitiative zur F\u00f6rderung von Vielfalt in Unternehmen und Institutionen.
